RETURNS

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without getting in touch first may not be accepted.

We accept returns for both faulty and non-faulty items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are new, unused, unopened where applicable, and in the same condition they were sent.

Returns can be made either by post or in store.

If returning by post, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. Items remain your responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend using a tracked service.

In the rare event an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll resolve it.

EXCHANGES

We can exchange within the same 14-day period, subject to availability.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item, and must be issued to the original payment method.

FEES

We do not charge any restocking fees.
